Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Training Specialist to develop Product Sales Specialists and ensure customers have a positive shopping experience with exceptional service and accurate product knowledge.

You will oversee certification courses, support merchandising, operate the POS, and communicate inventory needs. This on-site role requires a high school diploma and at least one year in customer service or sales.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Assist customers with product questions and selections.
• Process check-outs and handle refunds/exchanges per guidelines using the POS system.
• Stock and tag displays; create price tags and signage.
• Lead and complete product specialist certification courses.
• Communicate inventory needs to management and maintain department organization.
