Responsibilities

• Train and develop Product Sales Specialists to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Provide product information and guidance to customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure department merchandising, pricing, and organization are maintained.
• Coordinate certification processes and safety procedures, including forklift certification.
• Greet customers, answer product questions, process purchases and returns per guidelines.
• Communicate SOP changes to associates in a timely manner.
