Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 1 year of customer service/sales experience or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, helpful manner and assist with product questions and selections
• Process customers at checkout using the POS system; handle refunds and exchanges per guidelines
• Stock, tag, and merchandise displays; create price tags and signs
• Deliver exceptional customer service and product information; supervise product specialists to ensure accuracy of service
