Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in deli or food service.
• Must be dependable with flexible schedule incl nights, weekends, holidays.
• Strong written and verbal communication; team collaboration.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with customer interaction.
• Leadership ability to motivate and manage staff; review reports and goals.
• Food Safety certification and adherence to safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills; multitasking.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Deli Manager in maximizing productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory, product quality, and supervision.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning and teamwork.
• Lead a team to deliver high-quality products and service.
• Assist in hiring, training, and developing the Deli staff.
• Unload deliveries and maintain deli equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
