Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution or related equivalency in leadership in a technical setting.
• Minimum of three years of full-time experience in Career Technical Education, Workforce Development, or a related field.
• Experience administering federal, state, and private workforce grants.
• Experience collaborating with business, industry, and community organizations.
• Experience with dual enrollment, apprenticeship, and work-based learning programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing all workforce development and non-credit programs college-wide.
• Provide short-term training for existing business and industry and manage grants.
• Coordinate workforce development initiatives and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Assist the Dean in coordinating workforce development and Career Technical Education activities.
• Support development and implementation of business and industry partnerships aligned with regional needs.
• Monitor program effectiveness and recommend improvements based on data and labor market trends.
