Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management or related field from a regionally accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years of full-time HR experience.
• Ability to interpret, synthesize, and apply policies and procedures.
• Experience in project management and implementation.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Support the HR Director in administering and coordinating HR functions.
• Assist in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
• Maintain accurate records for faculty and staff with confidentiality.
• Coordinate with Payroll on HR procedures.
• Prepare and distribute professional service contracts and letters of appointment.
• Assist with HR data for the budget and exit interviews.
• Maintain the organization chart and assist with performance evaluations.
• Support benefits administration and FMLA processes.
• Assist in preparing the handbook and maintaining department records.
• Participate in HR meetings and coordinate job announcements and postings.
