Qualifications

• Master's degree in higher education administration or related field.
• 5–10 years of progressive responsibility for student conduct interventions in a college or university environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the student conduct process, including hearings, sanctions, and mandates.
• Supervise staff and conduct boards; coordinate training for Residence Life and conduct roles.
• Lead the mandatory leave of absence process for high-level cases with counsel input.
• Develop prevention programs and social norm campaigns on high-risk behaviors.
• Ensure compliance with Clery Act, FERPA, AND DFSCA requirements.
• Maintain the Student Handbook and reporting practices; coordinate with campus partners.
