Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in student affairs, higher education, counseling, social work, or another appropriate field.
• By the position start date, at least three years of post-graduate professional experience in a student affairs functional area in higher education.
• Experience with on-call crisis response and administrative oversight.
• Knowledge of Title IX, Clery Act, Campus SaVE Act, and FERPA.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-clinical case management services for off-campus and commuter students.
• Serve on CARE Team and participate in on-call crisis rotation.
• Lead ODOS outreach, marketing, and programming; contribute to ODOS annual report.
• Develop and coordinate alternative dispute resolution processes and ensure compliance with laws and university policies.
