Job summary

Unitek Learning is seeking an Assistant Dean to support the Dean with instructional and management duties for the Workforce Development site and supervise nursing program activities in Fresno. You will lead faculty and staff, manage calendars, and ensure program compliance with boards and accrediting bodies.

The role requires strong leadership, teaching experience in nursing programs, and collaboration with HR and external partners.

Qualifications

• Master’s or higher in nursing, education, or administration.
• One year teaching experience in nursing programs.
• California RN license or state equivalent.
• Leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Dean with planning, development and evaluation of the program.
• Oversee clinical calendars, faculty and student records
• Lead curriculum development and compliance with boards
• Collaborate with HR and external partners
• Ensure timely course and clinical evaluations
• Manage teaching load of 50% in skills labs, sim labs or clinical
• Participate in program committees
