Job summary

Unitek Learning is seeking an Assistant Dean to support the Dean in managing the Workforce Solutions nursing site. The role includes supervising nursing program activities, coordinating clinical sites, calendars, curriculum, and compliance with accrediting bodies.

You will assist with admissions, student orientation, and maintaining student records, while collaborating with Human Resources on faculty documentation and budgeting. On-site responsibilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the applicable state where the WFD site is located.
• Master’s degree in nursing preferred; higher degrees considered.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in nursing, education, or administration.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Dean with planning, developing, managing, updating, and evaluating all aspects of the nursing program.
• Supervise nursing program activities and site operations.
• Coordinate clinical site liaison, calendars, and staff.
• Ensure program compliance with boards/accreditors and prepare reports.
• Maintain on-site student records and faculty/staff documentation.
• Support admission processes and student orientation.
• Maintain teaching load of 25% in labs/clinical settings.
• Oversee program budgeting and procurement.
