Job summary

Unitek Learning is seeking an Assistant Dean to support the Dean in instructional and management duties for the Workforce Solutions site, supervising nursing program activities and coordinating with the Dean on special projects.

The role involves planning, developing, managing, and evaluating all program aspects, including faculty, calendars, curriculum, compliance, and student records, with 25% teaching load in skills/simulation/clinical.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing or education.
• One year teaching experience in nursing programs (pre- or post-licensure).
• Four years' continuous experience as a registered nurse providing direct patient care.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to lead diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with strategic planning and assessment of instructional initiatives.
• Oversee clinical sites and ensure objectives are met.
• Coordinate curriculum development, policies, and compliance with boards/accreditors.
