Rutgers Law School seeks an experienced Assistant Dean II to lead the Bar Studies program in Camden. The role focuses on improving bar passage rates through data-driven interventions and collaborative work with faculty and administrators.

The position reports to the Associate/Assistant Dean of Bar Studies and may include a Hybrid work arrangement. Salary is commensurate with experience and university policy.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-approved law school with strong academic credentials and bar admission to at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 3 years of law-related experience, post-law-school.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience advising/tutoring for the bar exam.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and management of bar studies programming in Camden.
• Track bar data and report progress; drive data-informed decisions.
• Manage vendor contracts related to bar studies and collaborate with faculty and staff.
