Pace University's Elisabeth Haub School of Law invites applications for Associate Director of Academic Support and Bar Performance. The role provides individualized counseling, develops bar-prep programming, and leads workshops to enhance student success and bar passage outcomes.

The successful candidate will report to the Vice Dean and collaborate with faculty, Student Services, and other offices. JD from ABA-accredited law school and active bar admission in at least one jurisdiction preferred;

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school is required.
• Experience in academic support, bar preparation, or legal education preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for diverse student populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized academic counseling and coaching to law students and graduates.
• Deliver academic support programming focused on core law school competencies and bar preparation.
• Assist in designing workshops, courses, and assessment literacy initiatives.
• Support collaboration with faculty and administrative offices to promote student success.
• Track student engagement and outcomes related to bar preparation efforts.
