• Master’s Degree required.
• J.D. preferred.
• 5+ years progressively responsible experience in legal education, student affairs, academic support, academic advising, bar success, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized academic coaching, advising and support to law students.
• Develop, implement, and assess programs/services to promote academic achievement, persistence, bar readiness, and overall student success.
• Collaborate with Academic Services, faculty, Career Services, Graduate Affairs, the Moses Center and other partners to coordinate student support.
• Identify emerging student needs, develop interventions, and assess outcomes to advance a comprehensive student success strategy for NYU Law.
