Job summary

Artisan Design Group (ADG), a Lowe’s company, is seeking an Assistant Customer Service Representative to support the Customer Service team with scheduling, data entry, and administrative tasks. You will help ensure accurate information for warranty and service execution on residential and multi-family interior surfaces projects.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and teamwork in a fast-paced in-office environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

• Experience in interior surfaces or construction is a plus but not required.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret work orders and customer communications in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Customer Service schedule accurately and timely.
• Perform data entry for service requests, work orders, and internal reports.
• Provide administrative support for Customer Service operations.
• Cover CSR responsibilities during absences to ensure continuity.
• Review and route work orders from trade partners appropriately.
• Ensure documentation is complete and aligned with company standards.
