The Assistant Customer Service Representative supports the Customer Service team by maintaining accurate scheduling, completing critical data entry tasks, and assisting with administrative functions that ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role plays a key part in supporting warranty and service execution for residential and multi-family interior surfaces projects. The Assistant Customer Service Representative works closely with Customer Service Representatives, internal operations personnel, field teams, and trade partners to ensure information is accurate, up to date, and properly communicated. This is a fast-paced, detail-driven position that requires adaptability, strong organizational skills, and a team-first mindset.
