Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting, audit, or financial reporting experience.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal control frameworks.
• Experience in regulated or compliance-focused environment preferred.
• High integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes for accurate reporting.
• Maintain the general ledger, journal entries, and financial records per policies and internal controls.
• Partner with site leadership to analyze financial performance and costs for operational decisions.
• Prepare and review monthly controllable expense reporting and variance analyses.
• Coordinate balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with inventory counts and related financial reporting.
• Maintain accounting records for fixed assets and tooling.
• Support internal, external, and corporate audits for compliance.
• Assist with intercompany transactions and scrap activity accounting.
• Collaborate with shared services on accounts payable and payment reviews.
• Support standard costing and actual costing in manufacturing.
