• Own full-cycle accounting and month-end close for multiple operating companies.
• Prepare/review journal entries for AR, AP, cash, payroll, assets, inventory, intercompany, accruals.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts per policies.
• Lead a team of accountants with coaching and development.
• Foster collaboration across cross-functional stakeholders and drive process improvements.
• Ensure procedures conform to GAAP and corporate policies.
• Lead year-end audit requests from external auditors.
• Champion adoption of new accounting software/tools.
