Eleven Western Builders, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to support multiple construction projects across the western United States. You will assist with RFIs, submittals, change orders, scheduling, and cost tracking, collaborating with field and office teams to keep projects on-time and on-budget.

The role requires 1–3 years in construction, strong reading of plans, and excellent communication skills. On-site coordination with project teams is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 1–3 years of construction industry experience.
• Ability to read and interpret civil, architectural, structural, and mechanical plans.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project coordination.
• Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in both office and field environments.

Responsibilities

• In the first 30 days and ongoing: learn processes, assist PMs with project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and tracking.
• Participate in project meetings; collaborate with field and office teams.
• Review drawings and specs to understand project requirements.
• Build relationships with PMs, superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• In the 90-day mark: coordinate subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely material delivery.
• Assist in managing schedules, budgets, and cost tracking; review subcontracts and invoices.
• Monitor progress and identify delays; maintain project logs and documentation.
• Within 6–9 months: active role in coordination; review RFIs and change orders with oversight.
• Support quality control and coordinate with design professionals to resolve challenges.
• By year end: independently manage assigned responsibilities; contribute to project closeout.
