Job summary

Eleven Western Builders seeks a Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence. You will own projects from buyout to close, coordinating with Project Engineers, Field Supervisors, Subcontractors, and Clients in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in retail and/or fast food construction.
• Ability to read and understand project plans and specifications.
• Experience managing 2–3 projects concurrently, from $1M to $6M, up to $20M for larger projects.
• Proficiency with Timberline, Sage 300, Procore and related software.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Learn Eleven Western Builders services, processes and procedures and business lines.
• Attend meetings with Project Managers to understand onsite operations.
• Learn buyout, review bid books, and coordinate trades for project start.
• Coordinate with subcontractors on changes and CCDs; process change proposals.
• Ensure closeout paperwork is completed with accounting for final retention.
