Qualifications

• Reads and interprets civil, architectural, structural, and mechanical plans.
• Understands construction processes and coordinates project activities.
• Proficient with RFI, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Project.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn Eleven Western Builders' processes, procedures, software, and PM standards.
• Assist Project Managers with project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project tracking.
• Participate in project meetings and collaborate with field and office teams.
• Review drawings and specs to understand project requirements.
• Build positive relationships with project teams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Help manage project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking.
• Review and process subcontractor billings, change requests, and invoices.
• Monitor progress and identify potential delays or issues.
• Maintain project logs and documentation.
