Job summary

Eleven Western Builders, Inc. seeks a Project Manager to lead retail construction projects across California and the western United States.

You will drive projects from buyout to close, ensuring on-time delivery within budget while collaborating with Project Engineers, Field Supervisors, and clients. The role requires 5+ years of PM experience in retail/fast-food construction, strong reading of plans, and proficiency with Timberline, Sage 300, Procore and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in the retail and/or fast food construction industry.
• Must be able to read and understand project plans and specifications.
• Ability to learn Timberline, Sage 300, Procore and MS Office.
• Manage 2-3 projects in parallel, ranging from $1M to $6M, up to $20M overall.

Responsibilities

• Learn company services, processes, procedures and business lines.
• Attend meetings with PMs to understand onsite execution and buyout.
• Collaborate with Project Engineers, Field Supervisors, Subcontractors and Clients to keep projects on track.
• Manage change orders and CCDs with subcontractors and internal teams.
• Communicate project updates and issues proactively to clients.
