Job summary

Eleven Western Builders is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator/Junior PM to join our team in Dallas, TX. You will support project managers with documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders while coordinating field and office teams.

Ideal candidates will read and interpret plans, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively with subcontractors and clients. You’ll participate in project meetings and help monitor schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent construction experience considered.
• Strong organization, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to read civil, architectural, structural, and mechanical plans.
• Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Learn company processes, procedures, software, and PM standards.
• Assist Project Managers with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and tracking.
• Participate in project meetings and collaborate with field and office teams.
• Review drawings and specs to understand project requirements.
• Build relationships with PMs, Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and teams.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Help manage schedules, budgets, and cost tracking.
• Review subcontractor billings, changes, and invoices.
• Monitor progress and identify delays or issues.
• Maintain project logs and documentation.
• Take active role in managing project activities and coord.
• Review RFIs, submittals, and change orders with limited oversight.
• Support quality control and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with design professionals and field personnel to resolve challenges.
• Serve as a resource to PMs on multiple projects.
• Independently manage assigned responsibilities and maintain schedules.
• Contribute to successful delivery via communication and organization.
• Assist with project closeout and final documentation.
