Responsibilities

• Collect rent and keep delinquency to a minimum.
• Maintain resident financial records and process invoices.
• Update rents, deposits, and application fees; issue notices as needed.
• Assist in rent collection and preparation of receipts.
• Deposit receipts daily and maintain logs.
• Route maintenance requests and follow up with residents.
