Job summary

Pratum Companies in Boca Raton, FL is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in daily property operations, compliance, and team oversight.

You will manage recertifications, tenant relations, rent collections, and records, with emphasis on HUD rules, Section 8, and accurate financial processing. This is a full-time, non-exempt role with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school or GED required; ability to read/write English fluently.
• Ability to perform intermediate mathematical functions and use on-site resident management software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Tax Credit and affordable housing/Section 8 recertification and compliance.
• Maintain property waiting list.
• Build positive relationships with tenants.
• Coordinate on-site data collection and processing of resident information.
• Schedule recertification interviews and coordinate apartment inspections.
• Ensure proper calculation of income, assets and rent levels.
• Investigate and help resolve complaints and violations.
• Maintain resident files per policy.
• Assist with leasing, rent collections, resident services and maintenance.
