Job summary

The Morgan Group, a leader in multifamily communities, seeks an Assistant Community Manager in Cedar Park, Texas. You will assist the Community Manager with daily operations, resident relations, and leasing support to maintain high standards of service.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in a similar role, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic residential environment.

• Experience supporting a Community Manager in a property management setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager with day-to-day operations to ensure professional service.
• Maintain resident relations and respond to inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Support leasing, maintenance coordination, and financial administration per company policies.
• Oversee and document move-in/out procedures, paperwork and keys for residents.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support leasing goals and community events.
