Job summary

The Morgan Group is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support daily community operations, leasing activities, and resident relations at one of its Texas properties. You will work closely with the Community Manager to ensure top-tier service, accurate records, and timely rent collections.

You will participate in marketing, showings, and resident communications, while upholding fair housing practices and company standards within a full-time on-site role at a Morgan Group property.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager with day-to-day operations to maintain high professionalism by all team members.
• Maintain and secure office and resident files (paper and online) using Morgan standards.
• Support in marketing, leasing tours, and closing leads while ensuring fair housing standards.
