The role focuses on low income housing Tax Credit compliance, maintaining high occupancy, handling vendor relations, reporting, and ensuring lease enforcement with attention to accuracy and customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Property Management.
• Tax credit knowledge.
• Ability to problem solve with staff and residents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Support the Community Manager in daily operations including marketing, administration, leasing, and resident services.
• Coordinate property maintenance and security, keep records, and prepare reports.
• Provide leasing assistance as needed per property requirements.
• Enforce lease agreements and house/community policies.
