Job summary

FirstService Residential in Boca Raton, FL is seeking an Assistant Community Association Manager to support managing properties in line with company policies. You'll assist in lease administration, income/expense management, facilities management, and tenant relations.

The role requires at least two years of on-site management, a business degree, and Florida CAM licensing is preferred. You’ll work full-time, with typical hours Monday–Friday, and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as an on-site manager overseeing property operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required.
• Florida CAM license preferred or pursued.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and maintains knowledge of state statutes and client documents.
• Assists field activities for properties.
• Oversees tracking and response to tenant service requests.
• Maintains tenant relation program and regular communication with tenants.
• Performs quarterly property inspections.
• Coordinates insurance requirements for properties and vendors.
• Prepares tenant manuals, emergency procedures, and tenant communications.
• Prepares check runs, capital trackers, and budgets.
• Assists in monthly reporting and operating/capital budget development.
• Maintains industry contacts and networking opportunities with vendors and peers.
