Job summary

FirstService Residential in Boca Raton, FL is seeking an Assistant Community Association Manager to support property management in line with company policies. The role develops knowledge in lease administration, income/expense management, facilities management, and tenant relations.

The position requires 2+ years of on-site management experience and a business-related bachelor’s degree, with CAM certification preferred. Full benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of on-site property management experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• CAM certification preferred by State of Florida.

Responsibilities

• Keep current knowledge of state statutes and client documents.
• Assist with field activities for properties or groups of properties.
• Oversee tenant service request tracking and responses.
• Maintain tenant relations program and communications.
• Perform quarterly property inspections.
• Coordinate insurance requirements for properties and vendors.
• Prepare tenants’ manuals, emergency procedures, and related communications.
• Assist in monthly reports and development of operating budgets.
