Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking an Assistant Community Association Manager in Boca Raton, FL. You will assist in lease administration, income/expense management, and facilities management while supporting day-to-day tenant relations and safety.

The role requires 2 years on-site management experience, a BA/BS in business or related field, and a Florida CAM license (preferred). This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of on-site property management experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Certified and Licensed by the State of Florida for CAM preferred.
• Solid customer service principle knowledge and practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of state statutes and client documents.
• Assists field activities for properties and property groups.
• Tracks and responds to tenant service requests.
• Maintains tenant relations and regular communication with tenants.
• Performs quarterly property inspections.
• Coordinates insurance requirements for properties and vendors.
• Prepares tenant manuals, emergency procedures, and formal communications.
• Prepares check runs, capital trackers, and operating budgets with CM.
• Assists in monthly reports and operating budgets.
