Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking an Assistant Manager to assist the Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational aspects of the community. Responsibilities include reporting, resident relations, evictions coordination, and ensuring lease compliance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee file management and run assigned reports.
• Provide customer service and sales techniques for resident requests.
• Collect monies due and manage evictions, skips, and move-outs.
• Coordinate with outside counsel during evictions.
• Finalize move in/out and renewals, enter data into PMS.
• Maintain renter’s insurance procedures and applications.
• Ensure model apartments are ready and workspace stays clean.
• Maintain knowledge of leases, unit specs, availability, and policies.
• Engage with apartment locator services and local businesses.
• Conduct outreach marketing and resident retention initiatives.
• Report unusual or extraordinary property or resident issues.
