Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for Covington, GA to support the Community Manager in financial and operational duties. You will handle leasing, rent collection, invoicing, and reporting while driving occupancy and revenue targets.

The role requires strong communication, marketing know-how, and proficiency with Entrata/Yardi/OneSite; on-site supervision and vendor coordination are essential components of the job.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience Preferred: Property management, sales, marketing, and customer service background.
• Advanced Skills: Communication, presentation, and delivery skills.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs; strong property management software proficiency (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).

Responsibilities

• Supports leasing and marketing efforts in person to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by completing the full leasing cycle.
• Processes invoices, collects rent and other payments, and conducts bank deposits.
• Gathers, analyzes, and interprets market trends to recommend improvements.
• Enforces lease, including inspections, evictions, collections, and notifications.
• Conducts property tours and provides updates to clients/owners; manages contractor and vendor relations.
• Ensures safety, cleanliness, and appearance; coordinates maintenance and make-ready tasks.
• Acts as on-site supervisor in Community Manager's absence and coordinates daily operations.
• Develops short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy; monitors market conditions.
