Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Community Manager in Atlanta, GA to lead the on-site team, drive leasing performance and ensure operational goals are met. You will oversee budgeting, marketing, and tenant relations while upholding company standards across the property.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in multi-family property management and proficiency with Entrata/Yardi/OneSite software. Weekend hours are required as part of site operations.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Supervisor experience: 1–3 years.
• Management: 1–3 years in multi-family property management.
• Strong communication, presentation and delivery skills.
• Proficiency in property management software (Entrata/Yardi/OneSite).

Responsibilities

• Lead and evaluate the team; hire, orient and train new hires.
• Meet revenue goals by implementing marketing and leasing strategies.
• Perform budget modeling, forecasting and profitability analysis.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, evictions and collections.
• Manage client/owner relations and conduct property tours.
