Job summary

Greystar seeks an on-site Assistant Community Manager in San Antonio to oversee daily financial operations, rent collections, and reporting. You will ensure accuracy in bank deposits, invoices, and resident accounts while maintaining strong communication with residents and vendors.

Role includes supporting leasing activities, coordinating with maintenance, and stepping in as supervisor in the community manager’s absence. A focus on compliance and customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years experience in residence life or property management or related to assist in day-to-day ops.
• Understanding of lease terms and lease enforcement, including collections.

Responsibilities

• Collects and posts rent and payments, prepares deposits and financial reports.
• Uses property management software to enter data and run reports to support operations.
• Reviews and collects on delinquencies and enforces lease terms to maximize revenue.
• Reviews and submits invoices and coordinates with vendors and owners.
• Supports evictions per policy and processes move-outs per terms.
• Greet residents, assist leasing efforts, and support on-site operations when needed.
