Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions of a multifamily community on site in Raleigh. You will support the Community Manager, manage rent collection, and supervise onsite staff to deliver strong resident service and financial results.

Responsibilities include leasing, marketing, and ensuring compliance with safety, fair housing, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or two years experience in housing industry.
• Ability to understand and perform all onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and financial functions under the Community Manager.
• Manage rent collection and delinquency to optimize cash flow.
• Supervise onsite staff and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Lead leasing, marketing, and resident relations in absence of the Community Manager.
• Ensure safety and fair housing guidelines are followed.
