Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English.
• Operational experience as a manager or assistant manager is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager in daily operations.
• Complete application and certification paperwork accurately.
• File evictions in a timely manner.
• Manage complaints, disturbances, and lease violations.

Skills

Administrative or property management experience

Ability to communicate professionally

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Understanding of Project-Based Section 8

Education

High School diploma or equivalent
