Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• Understanding of Project-Based Section 8 and Tax Credit programs preferred.
• Operational experience in a similar residential apartment community is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager in daily operations and lead in their absence.
• Ensure completion of application, lease, and income re-certification paperwork.
• Investigate and help resolve complaints and lease violations.

Skills

Administrative or property management experience

Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Effective communication skills

Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

Education

High School diploma or equivalent
