Job summary

You\'ll maintain accurate work orders, logs, and preventative maintenance records while collaborating with Community Managers and staff. The role requires detail-orientation, reliability, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications or an associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 1–2 years in property maintenance or facilities management; multi-family experience a plus.
• Mindset: Accountable, service-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities with safety.
• Knowledge: Building systems, safety standards, and vendor coordination.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in maintenance management software and basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Inspect properties and perform preventative maintenance to ensure safety and functionality.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with vendor and contractor coordination for specialized repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inspections.
• Conduct routine checks of building systems and update maintenance logs weekly.
• Collaborate with Community Managers to prioritize projects and allocate resources.
