Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years of age (or 21 in states with that requirement).
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
• Understanding of Project-Based Section 8 and Tax Credit programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager in daily operations.
• Ensure accurate completion of application and lease paperwork.
• Coordinate with outside vendors for services.
