Northland is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager at Floresta, a 311-unit luxury apartment community in Jupiter, FL. The role involves assisting with leasing, maintenance supervision, rent collection, and day-to-day operations to ensure a top-tier resident experience.

The position emphasizes profitability, cost control, and budget adherence, with weekend shifts and possible travel to other properties.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
• Hospitality or property management experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively while meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with staff, residents, and vendors.
• May be required to operate a golf cart.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager with day-to-day operations at the community.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist with supervision of leasing and maintenance staff in the absence of the manager.
• Oversee rent collection and delinquency; contribute to profitability and cost control.
• Maintain the operating budget and proactively address resident concerns.
