Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Two years of property management experience preferred.
• Six months assistant community manager experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• CALP accreditation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support leasing efforts by conducting tours and responding to leads.
• Assist with rent collection, renewals, and related documents.
• Coordinate with Community Manager to ensure smooth operations and reporting.
