Job summary

Peak Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to join our team in Minnesota. You will support the Community Manager in all aspects of community operations, including leasing, customer service, budgeting, and resident relations.

You will collaborate on marketing efforts, prepare lease paperwork, and assist with rent collection and delinquencies. A strong focus on tenant satisfaction and retention is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years' experience as onsite Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Consultant in multi-family housing, hospitality or similar.
• Must possess the ability to deal effectively with customers/residents.
• Must have the ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in supervising all community associates.
• Support and participate in fulfilling customer service and leasing.
• Assist leasing and marketing efforts.
• Prepare paperwork for new and renewal leases.
• Recommend rental rate adjustments or concessions to the Community Manager.
• Review resident files and accounting records for delinquencies and communicate with residents to collect balances.
• Assist in resident loyalty and retention initiatives.
• Organize daily work and community operations with the Community Manager.
• Collect, post, and deposit rents and security deposits.
• Assist in maintaining budgeted occupancy and collections.
