Job summary

Peak Living in Minnesota is seeking a qualified Sr Community Manager to join our team. Under the Regional Manager, you will supervise community associates, oversee leasing, and ensure customer service standards are met across our portfolio.

You will direct marketing, process renewal paperwork, monitor budgets, report on occupancy and income, and drive resident retention through events and communications. The role requires English communication and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Three years' experience as onsite Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager in multi-family housing, hospitality, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all community associates.
• Support and participate in fulfilling customer service and leasing standards.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and courteously; provide solutions to issues.
• Direct all marketing efforts.
• Prepare paperwork for new and renewal lease agreements.
• Determine lease renewal rates and deliver renewal letters to secure renewals.
• Recommend rental rate adjustments or concessions to increase activity.
• Review resident files and accounting records for outstanding balances and delinencies; communicate with residents.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports, 3-day demands, delinquency updates, and other income/utility tracking sheets.
• Organize community events and maintain resident loyalty programs.
• Identify areas for improvement to boost efficiency and profitability.
• Shop competition quarterly to ensure market-aligned rates and deposits.
• Collect, post, and deposit rents and deposits daily.
• Lead budgeted occupancy, collections, and expenses management.
