Waypoint Management Services seeks an Assistant Community Manager to help lead daily operations at a premier multifamily community. You will support leasing, financial, and administrative functions and build relationships with residents and the team.

The role requires strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills, with experience in leasing or hospitality preferred. Weekend rotation is required. We offer a robust benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of leasing, sales, or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Availability to work weekends.
• Partner with the Community Manager to drive daily operations and ensure an outstanding resident experience.
• Support leasing team performance, training, and operational excellence.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Help execute sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Build community relationships and stay current on market trends and competitor activity.
• Recommend pricing adjustments based on market surveys and occupancy goals.
• Assist with financial management, including rent collection, delinquencies, evictions, and reporting.
• Monitor financial performance and recommend solutions to improve results.
• Maintain accurate lease, rent roll, and resident records.
• Track renewals, make-ready schedules, and occupancy reports.
• Support administrative tasks and reporting with attention to detail.
