NOVEL Apartments in Richmond, VA, seeks an Assistant Community Manager to support daily property operations, leasing, and resident relations as part of the Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer team. You will collaborate with the Community Manager on marketing, tours, rent processing, and administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and proficient with Microsoft Office and property management systems (MRI preferred).

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook; experience with property management software.
• MRI experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Marketing and leasing activities to attract prospective residents.
• Greet and tour prospective residents, process applications, and assist in rent processing.
• Provide administrative support and assist the Community Manager with daily operations.
• Foster positive relationships with current and prospective residents.
