Job summary

Valiant Residential in Spring, TX is seeking an Assistant Community Manager who supports the Community Manager to keep the property running smoothly and covers duties in their absence. You will assist with leasing, marketing, and resident relations while handling financial data entry and records.

You’ll communicate professionally with residents and vendors, help prepare advertising materials, show units, screen applicants, and process applications.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with residents, vendors and teammates.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing advertising materials.
• Assist in showing units and screening applicants.
• Maintain records of rental levels and update availability reports.
• Process applications and coordinate with Community Manager for approvals.
• Assist with renewals, notices, and rent collection.
• Input lease data in Yardi accurately and timely.
