Job summary

ML Property Group LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to lease apartments, retain residents, market the property, and handle administrative duties. This role prepares you for advancement to Community Manager and requires overseeing the property in the Community Director’s absence.

Responsibilities include leasing, responding to inquiries, touring prospects, processing applications, and maintaining files.

Qualifications

• Four years prior experience in property management or a related industry.
• High School degree required, college preferred.
• CPM/ARM designation preferred; valid driver’s license and automobile insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and generate traffic; respond to inquiries and greet prospects.
• Tour prospects, qualify leads, and close leases with deposits.
• Maintain lease files and process applications and move-ins.
• Track traffic sources, convert at least 30% of traffic to leases, and manage move-outs as needed.
• Assist in evictions following proper notice requirements and court procedures.
• Coordinate resident functions and assist in marketing and property performance reporting.
