You will help drive leasing performance, manage the on-site team, and ensure resident satisfaction while upholding company standards for safety and appearance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills.
• Proficient in property management software.

Responsibilities

• Supports leasing and marketing efforts to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Manages daily financial operations and processes invoices for payment.
• Reconciles bank statements and assists with monthly close-out and reporting.
• Maintains resident relations and ensures property safety and appearance.
• Coordinates with maintenance and vendors to execute work orders.
