Job summary

University Partners is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for our Orlando properties. This role supports the Community Manager in daily operations, leasing performance, and resident services, with responsibilities across staff supervision, marketing execution, financial coordination, and compliance.

You will assist with move-in/move-out coordination, vendor communications, and community events while preparing to step into a Community Manager role when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Community Manager in supervising and training leasing team.
  • Review and approve lease applications per rental criteria.
  • Ensure integrity of Entrata data including traffic, leases, renewals, and work orders.
  • Meet regularly with Community Manager and Market Director on leasing issues.
  • Monitor daily lease approvals and renewal updates.
  • Oversee Marketing Calendar, campus outreach, promotions and advertising.
  • Conduct market surveys and recommend pricing adjustments.
  • Track leasing activity, availability, and roommate matching.
  • Support planning and execution of community events and promotions.
